After a presentation at the Krakowice Annual Meeting, and events in other Creative Cities like Paducah and Carrara, the “Breads of the Creative Cities” project comes to Fabriano: Fabriano’s bread too will enter the publication and the mobile app of the project. The initiative will be presented to the press, along with the involved bakers, on Monday 18 March, 12.30 P.M.

A chance to give evidence to Fabriano’s gastronomy tradition, thanks to the project, supported by Tucson UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, and that presents histories and food traditions of UNESCO Creative Cities through a web platform designed by the ITKI-US  Foundation and Tech Gap Italia (www.techgap.it).
